Contractor accounts are free to create and may require review before paid project access is enabled. Approved contractors may purchase prepaid credits and use those credits to unlock individual exclusive leads. Credit purchases and lead unlocks are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A lead purchase provides access to a project contact opportunity and does not guarantee a response, appointment, estimate or contract. Contractors remain responsible for licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and compliance with applicable law. Contact information obtained through Trusvor Pro may be used only in connection with the project for which it was provided.
